Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy:
As a thank you for shopping with us, all Jewels Company orders are shipped for free via insured FedEx Ground. Each package requires a signature at the time of delivery, so please plan accordingly. This is done to protect the customer from potential package theft if it were simply left on your front doorstep or in your mailbox. If a signature cannot be acquired, a notice will be left at the delivery address for a future delivery, or with instructions to pick up the package from a FedEx location. Our representatives can also help you set up a will call pick up if you need the order on the day of delivery, but will not be available to sign during delivery hours. Overnight expedited shipping is available for an additional cost.
All in-stock items ship within 1-2 business days from your order date after the charge is processed on your credit card. All in-stock items with Overnight shipping selected ship the same business day if placed before 12PM PST, and the next business day if placed after 12PM PST. Please note that FedEx does not operate on weekends or major holidays, so Overnight orders placed Friday morning will not arrive until Monday, or the day following the holiday. Please keep this in mind when placing your order to prevent any delays.

Order Confirmation:
Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming that we have received your order in our system and have pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order electronically, we begin preparing it for immediate shipment. If one of your items is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the credit card pre-authorization and notify you immediately via e-mail.
