If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 30 days from when it was shipped to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Any returned items without an RMA will be refused and returned to sender. You will only be responsible for return shipping and insurance fees. Please note that to be eligible for return, items must be in their original purchase condition, include all product documentation, and be within 30 days of their ship date.

If you wish to expedite your exchange, we recommend returning your order for a refund and placing a new order in the meantime. Please allow approximately 2 weeks for your refund to be processed.

If your package or item is delivered to you damaged, please refuse delivery or call us immediately at 1-888-822-8282 or begin a live chat with one of our representatives online. Please retain all packing materials including the box unless otherwise instructed by Jewels Company. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 5 days of receipt of your order. Jewels Company is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
